by the bank rather than a buy/sell, I had to call Display Soft to get
assistance to change my existing file on an emergency basis. I called

of the people who helped me but I was very distraught at the time (we

Specifically, I recently upgraded my system to have greater capacity,
and Darlene walked me through the upgrade easily and quickly."

to confirm that she received it, which she did. However, she later informed

well beyond her duties and sent me specific details regarding the virus,
made suggestions about anti-virus software, and assisted me in removing
the affected files from my computer system. The matter is now resolved.
