“Yesterday, late in the afternoon (4:45) when we were in the middle of a horrible closing and found out that it was considered a refinance by the bank rather than a buy/sell, I had to call DisplaySoft to get assistance to change my existing file on an emergency basis. I called several times and even after 5:00 p.m. I should have gotten the names of the people who helped me but I was very distraught at the time (we had been in this closing since 1:00). I just wanted to thank your staff for there expeditious and courteous help that they provided. They were wonderful! I really appreciate the help and how nice both of the people were to me.”
